Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Refunds are not available for coaching sessions, sessions can only be rescheduled. Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule your session if necessary and your call will be rescheduled within the next week if availability allows. A session can only be rescheduled one time per session if necessary, if frequent rescheduling occurs services may no longer be available. The reason for this is commitment is required on the client's end to follow through with sessions as the coaches are also 100% committed to the success and well-being of their clients!
